Tummy Feeling Crummy?
Because of all of the new foods we've been exploring with Tyler, he's been a little backed up as of late. So, after he passed a really hard turd (pardon my French...) the other day, I finally called the pediatrician. They gave me some advice I for sure want to catalog for future reference: A couple of ounces of either white grape juice or prune juice a couple of times a day. Additional advice given: don't water it down, be sure that they aren't replacing any normal feedings, using apple juice instead gives them gas. Well, we'll cross our fingers and hope for the best!

"We're going on a camera safari to see what we can see..."
What a great idea for a play-time activity! Give each child a camera and some sort of safari/exploration dress-up. Take a safari around the yard or park and have them take pictures of what they see. Develop the pictures and then create a traveler's guide of your safari.
(Idea taken from the Barney and Friends song "Camera Safari")
